I've worked in the field of banking and finance for nearly fifteen years, having underwritten and analyzed thousands of business ventures totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. I’ve underwritten projects across numerous sectors and industries, including complex commercial real estate deals, large distributors, agricultural brokers, international manufacturers, and business service providers. I’ve successfully managed and grown a sizeable and profitable personal loan portfolio and now help in managing a $1.3 billion community bank loan portfolio. My main focus it to establish a strong and positive credit culture, manage and lead our lending team, and grow the bank while maintaining asset quality and sustained earnings.
